Hypnosis can help you overcome symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, habits, fears and other emotional issues. We use a personalized approach to ensure you get the best possible results with new positive suggestions and guided imagery. Hypnosis can help you lessen, alleviate or modify negative habits, emotions or behaviors, interpretations, experiences, thoughts or feelings that are outdated and no longer serving you. In your hypnosis session, you receive new positive suggestions, imagery and visualizations to help achieve your goals and mind or body change work. Hypnosis is a trance like state in which you have a heightened awareness, focus and concentration and an enhanced capacity to respond to new positive suggestions. Hypnosis is done by using verbal repetition and mental images. In Hypnosis, you generally remain aware of and remember your session. Although you're more open to suggestions during hypnosis, you don't lose control and won't say anything you normally wouldn't say.

Hypnosis for Symptoms of Anxiety may help lessen those feelings associated with symptoms of anxiety. This is a wonderful session even when you are experiencing those winter blues. We find out where you are now and how your are feeling. Our weight loss program uses hypnosis to help you change your relationship with food and exercise. You'll learn to make healthier choices and develop a positive self-image to achieve your weight loss goals. This is a 12 week program to get your body into fat burning mode and start dropping the weight. You receive one hypnosis session a week for 12 weeks and listen to a daily hypnosis recordings.
Our stop smoking program combines hypnosis with behavioral therapy to help you quit smoking for good. You'll learn new coping strategies and relaxation techniques to help you manage cravings and stress. Hypnosis sessions to help you quit smoking or vaping. You'll notice a change in one or two sessions, but I recommend using three sessions for complete reinforcement. For best results, schedule your appointments for session 1 and 2 within two weeks, if possible. The 3rd session can be scheduled at your convenience. I do not reimburse for unused sessions. After you quit: If you start thinking about smoking again, please don't smoke. This doesn't mean that hypnosis didn't work for you. Be aware and notice if those old cravings, urges and triggers start creeping in. In life's unpredictable moments, we can feel our stress rising maybe when unpredictable life's challenges get too overwhelming or whatever the cause. Sometimes we just need a reinforcement session. But the good news is, all you need is a Quit Smoking Reinforcement Session to help get you back on track. There's no shame in coming back for another session, since failure is not an option for you. I also recommend a Relaxation or Stress Release Hypnosis Session if you want to release that stress or just need to feel some relaxation.
